Welcome: The Day AI Gets Real — Questions & Answers

The day follows a Score → See → Build → Plan arc. Everyone opens together at 8:30 AM, then the day splits into three parallel tracks — Leadership, Sales & Marketing, and Builder — with a working lunch and two capstone blocks, before everyone reconvenes to write a 90-day AI roadmap. The day runs 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central, with an optional evening social after.
No. The three tracks run in parallel and you can switch between them at any time. The welcome session explains how to pick your starting track — and teams often split up on purpose: leadership in one room, their hands-on staff in another, reconvening for the shared roadmap session.
