Coulee Tech provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, AI enablement, software development, and related technology consulting services. Specific service terms are outlined in individual service agreements between Coulee Tech and its clients.
User Accounts
Access to our client portal is provided by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coulee Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coulee Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Opt-In & Consent
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website (at coulee.tech/sms-consent), you expressly consent to receive text messages from Coulee Tech at the mobile phone number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in or opt out at any time.
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Coulee Tech unless you opt in again.
