A written 90-day AI roadmap names your scored AI maturity level, the next level you're targeting, the one workflow you'll ship in the first 30 days, and what to delegate, build, or buy to get there — with specific criteria for how the 90 days get measured. Every retreat attendee writes theirs before leaving, so nobody goes home with homework.
The plan includes a re-score: the same maturity assessment run again at day 90 to measure what actually moved. That turns the roadmap from a souvenir into a scoreboard — you'll know exactly whether the plan shipped and what the next 90 days should target.
