AI Business Retreat 2026

For Employees & Builders · Sept 14–15 · Spooner, WI

Stop Playing With AI. Start Shipping With It.

One day for the hands-on builder: wire AI to real data, build a tool-connected agent with guardrails, and go back to work with something running — plus the language to make the case internally.

In person $495 · Remote $250 · Limited seats

Sound Familiar?

You're the person on the floor who wants AI to actually change how work gets done. You're already experimenting — asking which model to use, how agents work, how to wire up your data — but you know you're only scratching the surface. Given the tools, you're the one who ends up building the ops system the company could never afford to buy.

The Problem

You see AI's potential but no one has shown you the real workflow — experiments everywhere, nothing in production.

What You Walk Away With

A tool-connected AI agent you built and shipped, and the recipe to build the next ten.

Which One Are You?

The Builder

A hundred half-finished experiments, and no one at work who can show you the next level.

You've prompted your way to a hundred experiments. This is the day one of them ships — wired to real data, with the guardrails to run it at work.

The Ops Analyst / Spreadsheet Owner

Your week is copy-paste between three systems; you know AI could do it but not how to start.

Kill the Friday report — the one you rebuild by hand every week. You leave with the agent that does it, and the skills to automate whatever's next.

The Front Office / Sales Support

Leads go cold in the inbox while quotes wait on somebody upstream.

You leave with an assistant that drafts the follow-up, preps the meeting, and answers same-day, every day.

Bring Both Sides of the House

The retreat works best when leadership and the hands-on team hear it the same day. Here's what it looks like from the other seats:

For Employees & Builders — Frequently Asked Questions

If you're comfortable with spreadsheets and curious about tools, you're ready. The Builder Track uses Claude Code — AI writes the code while you steer. You'll wire a real data source, stand up a live dashboard, connect AI to systems with MCP, and leave with everything running on your own laptop.
By lunch: a wired data source and live dashboard built with Claude Code. In the afternoon: a multi-system connector recipe (spreadsheets, a ledger, email, a job database) and an "ask your ERP" workflow that puts plain-English AI in front of legacy software. You keep every recipe.
That's part of the design. You leave with working proof — an agent you built on real data — plus the internal pitch: what it would look like running on your company's systems. Many attendees come as the technical half of a team while an owner or manager takes the Leadership Track.
